Order Cut-Off and Processing Schedule
Orders placed before 17:00 PM (GMT-5) on business days from Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day processing consideration. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Moravique does not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Handling Time
All orders undergo a handling period before shipment. The minimum handling time is 1 business day, and the maximum handling time is 2 business days. Order fulfillment operations take place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Transit Time and Delivery Days
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 8 business days. Deliveries are conducted Monday through Friday only.
Based on the handling and transit periods, the total estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping Fees
Moravique offers free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges or minimum purchase requirements.
Currency and International Payments
All shipping-related prices and charges are displayed and processed in USD (United States Dollar). If your payment is made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees beyond our control.
