Return Method & Authorization
All returns and exchanges are handled by mail only.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must first contact our customer service team at info@moravique.com. Return requests submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once approved, customers will receive a return shipping label via email, which must be downloaded and printed for use.

Moravique does not charge any restocking or handling fees for approved returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 20 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and processed in USD (United States Dollar). If your original payment was made in a different currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
Refund Confirmation
Once your refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the refund has been successfully processed.
Important Notes
